S.A.G.E. marijuana seeds

S.A.G.E.

Type: Hybrid
Genetics: Haze x Afghani
Climate: Indoor / Outdoor
Flowering Period: 10-11 Weeks

The name says it all ! Sativa Afghani Genetic Equilibrium, a well balanced Haze crossed with a robust Indica that produces a power- packed plant with over 20 % T.H.C.

Fast becoming a legend, S.A.G.E. took 2nd place in the blind test of the 2001 High Times Cannabis Cup also the hash made out of this plant won 1st place in 2000, both of these victories were based on overall strength and quality.

High T.H.C. and low C.B.D. make this plant a perfect head stash variety. Spicy sandalwood flavor combined with a long lasting and uplifting high make this the plant for those who must have the best. Longer flowering time is rewarded with large buds that will seem to double in size in the last few weeks.

hmmmm not sure if that went ….Again Sage is NOT a cross of Big Sur Holy weed x Afghani……A friends younger brother took those seeds to Netherlands mid 90’s the strain is a cross of African “Chamba” (from Tanzania) crossed with an unknown indica called “hardball” cross was made by me in 1987 trying to get the Chamba to mature earlier as it wasn’t finished until end of November. The original Chamba came to Big Sur/Carmel Valley area in 1979 it was lightly seeded Black/Brown pressed weed bundles wrapped in Banana leaves called “Cobbs” Incredibly strong the pure strain would occasionally make novice smokers get so disoriented they would throw up sometimes leading to accusations that the Cannabis was laced with tranquilizers….the hybrid is a shadow of the parent strain…..want to know the whole story contact me I have all the details and would love to find the original Landrace……
    Cheers,
    Steve

ha ha ha ……Sage did NOT originate from big sur holy weed…..A friend of mines little brother (initials T.A) took seeds (without permission) that I gave to his brother on Partington Ridge mid 90’s It is actually a cross of “Chamba” (from Tanzania) with an unknown indica strain grown in Carmel Valley….I crossed the two in the mid 80’s because I was moving north and Chamba matured around thanksgiving which would not work up north in Mendocino County…..Chamba was smuggled in to Monterey County in 1979 it came wrapped in banana leaves called cobbs was brown/black lightly seeded sativa incredibly strong the original uncrossed version would occasionally make novice smokers throw up. I still have this strain but am trying to tighten up it’s phenotypes Anyone care to know more……..This is truth!
PS Big Sur Holy weed was a branding ploy by a friends dad named Patrick Cassidy in the 70’s to increase marketability of the “Sinsimilla” that was quickly replacing all the Thai and Mexican strains being imported…..
